وَٱلشَّمۡسِ وَضُحَٮٰهَا (١)

English Sahih : By the sun and its brightness (1)

Deutsch Aburida : Bei der Sonne und bei ihrem Morgenglanz (1)

وَٱلۡقَمَرِ إِذَا تَلَٮٰهَا (٢)

English Sahih : And [by] the moon when it follows it (2)

Deutsch Aburida : und bei dem Mond, wenn er ihr folgt (2)

وَٱلنَّہَارِ إِذَا جَلَّٮٰهَا (٣)

English Sahih : And [by] the day when it displays it (3)

Deutsch Aburida : und bei dem Tage, wenn er sie erstrahlen läßt (3)

وَٱلَّيۡلِ إِذَا يَغۡشَٮٰهَا (٤)

English Sahih : And [by] the night when it covers it (4)

Deutsch Aburida : und bei der Nacht, wenn sie sie bedeckt (4)

وَٱلسَّمَآءِ وَمَا بَنَٮٰهَا (٥)

English Sahih : And [by] the sky and He who constructed it (5)

Deutsch Aburida : und bei dem Himmel und bei Dem, Der ihn aufgebaut hat (5)

وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا طَحَٮٰهَا (٦)

English Sahih : And [by] the earth and He who spread it (6)

Deutsch Aburida : und bei der Erde und bei Dem, Der sie ausgebreitet hat (6)

وَنَفۡسٍ۬ وَمَا سَوَّٮٰهَا (٧)

English Sahih : And [by] the soul and He who proportioned it (7)

Deutsch Aburida : und bei einer (jeden menschlichen) Seele und bei Dem, Der sie gebildet (7)

فَأَلۡهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقۡوَٮٰهَا (٨)

English Sahih : And inspired it [with discernment of] its wickedness and its righteousness, (8)

Deutsch Aburida : und ihr den Sinn für ihre Sündhaftigkeit und für ihre Gottesfurcht eingegeben hat! (8)

قَدۡ أَفۡلَحَ مَن زَكَّٮٰهَا (٩)

English Sahih : He has succeeded who purifies it, (9)

Deutsch Aburida : Erfolgreich ist derjenige, der sie rein hält (9)

وَقَدۡ خَابَ مَن دَسَّٮٰهَا (١٠)

English Sahih : And he has failed who instills it [with corruption]. (10)

Deutsch Aburida : und versagt hat derjenige, der sie verkommen läßt. (10)

كَذَّبَتۡ ثَمُودُ بِطَغۡوَٮٰهَآ (١١)

English Sahih : Thamud denied [their prophet] by reason of their transgression, (11)

Deutsch Aburida : So leugneten die Tamud (die Wahrheit) in ihrem Trotz. (11)

إِذِ ٱنۢبَعَثَ أَشۡقَٮٰهَا (١٢)

English Sahih : When the most wretched of them was sent forth. (12)

Deutsch Aburida : Als der Unseligste unter ihnen auftrat (12)

فَقَالَ لَهُمۡ رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ نَاقَةَ ٱللَّهِ وَسُقۡيَـٰهَا (١٣)

English Sahih : And the messenger of Allah [Salih] said to them, "[Do not harm] the she-camel of Allah or [prevent her from] her drink." (13)

Deutsch Aburida : da sagte der Gesandte Allahs zu ihnen: "Haltet euch von der Kamelstute Allahs und von ihrer Tränke fern!" (13)

فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَعَقَرُوهَا فَدَمۡدَمَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ رَبُّهُم بِذَنۢبِهِمۡ فَسَوَّٮٰهَا (١٤)

English Sahih : But they denied him and hamstrung her. So their Lord brought down upon them destruction for their sin and made it equal [upon all of them]. (14)

Deutsch Aburida : Sie aber bezichtigten ihn der Lüge und töteten sie; darum kam ihr Herr (zur Vergeltung) für ihre Schuld mit Seinem Zorn über sie und ebnete sie ein. (14)

وَلَا يَخَافُ عُقۡبَـٰهَا (١٥)

English Sahih : And He does not fear the consequence thereof. (15)

Deutsch Aburida : Und Er fürchtet ihre Folgen nicht. (15)
