وَٱلضُّحَىٰ (١)

English Sahih : By the morning brightness (1)

Deutsch Aburida : Beim Vormittag (1)

وَٱلَّيۡلِ إِذَا سَجَىٰ (٢)

English Sahih : And [by] the night when it covers with darkness, (2)

Deutsch Aburida : und bei der Nacht, wenn alles still ist! (2)

مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَىٰ (٣)

English Sahih : Your Lord has not taken leave of you, [O Muhammad], nor has He detested [you]. (3)

Deutsch Aburida : Dein Herr hat dich weder verlassen, noch verabscheut. (3)

وَلَلۡأَخِرَةُ خَيۡرٌ۬ لَّكَ مِنَ ٱلۡأُولَىٰ (٤)

English Sahih : And the Hereafter is better for you than the first [life]. (4)

Deutsch Aburida : Wahrlich, das Jenseits ist besser für dich als das Diesseits. (4)

وَلَسَوۡفَ يُعۡطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرۡضَىٰٓ (٥)

English Sahih : And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied. (5)

Deutsch Aburida : Und wahrlich, dein Herr wird dir geben und du wirst wohlzufrieden sein. (5)

أَلَمۡ يَجِدۡكَ يَتِيمً۬ا فَـَٔاوَىٰ (٦)

English Sahih : Did He not find you an orphan and give [you] refuge? (6)

Deutsch Aburida : Hat Er dich nicht als Waise gefunden und aufgenommen (6)

وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلاًّ۬ فَهَدَىٰ (٧)

English Sahih : And He found you lost and guided [you], (7)

Deutsch Aburida : und dich auf dem Irrweg gefunden und richtig geführt (7)

وَوَجَدَكَ عَآٮِٕلاً۬ فَأَغۡنَىٰ (٨)

English Sahih : And He found you poor and made [you] self-sufficient. (8)

Deutsch Aburida : und dich dürftig gefunden und reich gemacht? (8)

فَأَمَّا ٱلۡيَتِيمَ فَلَا تَقۡهَرۡ (٩)

English Sahih : So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him]. (9)

Deutsch Aburida : Darum unterdrücke nicht die Waise (9)

وَأَمَّا ٱلسَّآٮِٕلَ فَلَا تَنۡہَرۡ (١٠)

English Sahih : And as for the petitioner, do not repel [him]. (10)

Deutsch Aburida : und fahre nicht den Bettler an (10)

وَأَمَّا بِنِعۡمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثۡ (١١)

English Sahih : But as for the favor of your Lord, report [it]. (11)

Deutsch Aburida : und sprich überall von der Gnade deines Herrn. (11)
